I began working for the City of Rensselaer in 2005, since then I have been active in the construction Industry. My experience allows me to use my skills wisely and gives me the special ability to find problems.  I have 5 years experience doing code inspections, 17 years construction experience, 25 years firefighting experience. I create easy to understand reports with color photos along with an easy to read summary, in addition I deliver the report the day of the inspection. I am available 7 days a week and use HomeGauge inspection software to generate a professional report.
